No Returns Once Purchased

Insured Goods

All shipped goods are fully insured. If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You will need to send photographic evidence of the damage to info@anotherdayinparadise.site. We kindly ask you to keep the original packaging for any inspection that may be required. Claims made after the 7-day period may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund in Case of Damage

After receiving and verifying your claim, we will issue a full refund for the damaged product, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after the damage is confirmed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
